This picture was taken during the spring low tide at the most seaward part of the rocky reefs at Tenjin-zaki. A rocky-reef crab (Eriphia smithii) has come out of a hole and is foraging. It is not certain what the crab is eating but there are open bivalve Xenostrobus atratus shells in the vicinity. Once the crab finishes foraging, it quickly retreats into the hole.
