Water fleas generally reproduce asexually and we seldom observe their mating. After mating, resistant eggs with hard wall are produced. A digital camera attached to a microscope was used for the filming. The large individuals is a female and a small individual attached to the female is a male. The male is pulling up his posterior abdomen and probing female genitalia with its tip. ¡Êtranslated by Asoh¡Ë
