The sea slugs, Homoiodoris japonica, are often found near the sponges Halichondria japaonica. Two H. japonica individuals in the video picture are brown but some others have bright orange coloration similar to that of the sponge H. japaonica. One sea slug is in the middle of oviposition and the other has finished egg laying already and is leaving the site. Each egg mass is forming a ring. The video picture was filmed at Takurazaki, Wakayama City, during spring low tide. (translated by Asoh)
