After 11 months of painstaking care that included flushing the developing eggs with water and brushing them lengthwise with a small soft tiped comb the ocotpus paralarvea came out of their shell(s)... you can see them here jetting up to the top of the hatching tank and `parashuting` down.. behaviour which they kept life for about 4 days before starting to show more benthic behaviour including attaching to the side of the tank.
