A Red-swamp crayfish is approaching an egg-guarding male three-spined stickleback. The male swims back and forth between the nest and the crayfish, and then pecks lightly at the crayfish. After repeating the back-and-forth swimming, the male starts fanning the eggs. As the crayfish approaches close to the nest again, the male pecks strongly at the crayfish. As soon as it chased away the crayfish, the male resumes fanning.
