Either Pied Harrier (Circus melanoleucos) or
Hen Harrier (Circus cyaneus). The wingspan measured
compared to the Black Kite (Milvus migrans) in the video
best matches that of a Pied Harrier (but this is a rare species).
The epoch of migration might be too early for
the Hen Harrier.
