Male three-spined sticklebacks perform zigzag dances (i.e., dances in which a male shakes its body from left to right) when courting females. This male has found a female and is performing zigzag dances in front of her. After the second zigzag dance, the female is led to the nest. Afterward, we saw the male tilting the body and pointing the nest entrance with the mouth; however, the female did not enter the nest nor spawned.
