Scene 1: A male is removing sediment using his mouth. Scene 2: The male dispels a Rhinogobius sp. OR that is trying to approach the stone. Scene 3: The male is cleaning the eggs or substrate using his mouth. Scene 4: The male again takes away the sediment and makes an effort in cleaning. Scene 5: The male violently attacks the R. sp. OR that is persistently approaching the stone. Scene 6: A male and some females continuously swim under a stone. On occasion the female turn her body sideways along the undersurface of the stone, as well as sometimes picking the stone with her mouth. Such behaviors are suspected to be oviposition and egg eating.
