A New Caledonian crow drops a land snail from a branch of a tree on a rocky bed of a dry creek. Around this area, numerous broken shells are scattered, probably those dropped by this crow. The snail dropped in this video weighs approximately 70~80g. The original scene lasts for about 10 minutes but this clip was edited to be shorten.
The crow left this place and returned twice within about 3 hours to resume feeding, but whether the crow consumed the whole snail was unknown.
